Does Gathering of Power also unlock everything in League of Heroes and Truth and Beauty?
If you want to gift a game for someone with everything, should I just buy Spectromancer + Gathering of Power?
Why do you keep those 2 separate expansions? Isn't it better to remove them and remove the bundle and create a new bundle (Spectromancer + Gathering of Power) ? Because the way it is now, consumers get confused or frustated if they buy the bundle when they don't need to unlock everything...

Yes, expansions are not separate, each expansion technically depends on previous one, so GoP unlocks everything from previous expansion
