I have purchased an activation code for the new expansion, and the game won't let me enter the code that was given to me. Only the letters A-F can be entered, and the code has many more letters than that. I have tried both typing the code in manually and copying and pasting. I have also uninstalled and reinstalled the game. Nothing works. I have emailed support, but am getting no response.

Does anyone have any thoughts on this?

That sounds like the same problem I have. You buy your activation code from greenhouse?
