Hi,So I tried the support@spectromancer email address but so far haven't had any response.Basically, the issue I have is playing against the Archmage on the iPad where every now and then the AI freezes; the app then has to be killed and rebooted. Typically this happens in the latter stages of a game. I also have the PC version and this doesn't do it, so it would appear to be an iPad only issue.Any thoughts?

...Haven't got your message.
...Support is usually fast at dealing with responses in my experience (within 24 hours). If you haven't waited that long then you should do so.
Strange. I just rechecked the email I sent and it is precisely as it's written in the pinned thread at the top of this forum. Regardless, the issue remains the AI in the iPad version occasionally freezing whereas it doesn't on the PC version.
...Do you have access to you iPad filesystem? If yes, I'd need a "game.log" file from the game "Library" folder after you kill the game, but before it is re-launched - this should clarify what's going on and what's going wrong.
How do I get access to the file system? Is it fairly straightforward to do?
...I think not. I'm not an iPad user, so can't easily tell the exact way, but AFAIK there are 2 options:- there are some apps that can access other app files (generally root access is required for this, but some apps claims they can access some files without root access).- it is possible to access any app files (and there is a tool for that) from a device snapshot on your computer (created by iTunes during synchronization).
Tried iFunbox and it said that sandbox access is restricted by Apple to ones with "iTunes File Sharing" enabled since iOS 8.3, and Spectromancer doesn't have that enabled. You guys would have to enable that and I'm guessing that's something you wouldn't be doing! :)It then goes on to say that Jailbreak is required to open sandbox for this App, and that's something I'm not doing. So, it looks a little bit hopeless here. Don't you or Estarh have an iPad you could access to test the run AI on Archmage until it stalls?
