2. Rather interesting special generator, looks generally fine 3. Too good defence, imho. Makes most of opponent sweeps almost useless since player will be able to shut down his attacking creatures for at least 2 turn... casting this spell every 3 turn (Assuming he has already accumulated some special mana)! 4. Wall of reflection for creatures able to stand up for itself? Good 5. Either too easy to counter (cheap spell) or too big pain in back depending on draw. I dont like its design a lot. 6. Such idea has already been suggested multiple times. And all of her versions were terribly overpowered with/against elementals. 7. Generally wall of lightning efefct every turn. Are you sure it is worth 7 special mana (yeah, there is oracle - but this guy has more potential still being one of the worst cards of 7th lvel)? 8. Too overpowered (even with delay) canonade. Also, what about tornado protection? 9. Interesting, Still, it is as problematic card as clone. I like the basic idea of smashing the opponent with his own weight. But I'm not sure the cost skewing from 0 to 2 is appealing. For me it isn't at least. What's wrong with 0 to 7 or 1 to 8? I'm going to review it as 1st rank to 8th rank cards.
Here's my mini-rev:
Mirror Priest - It's nice, too spammable with 13 HP. consider a little downsizing to 11 and it can work. Cool name.
Retaliator - Goes well with the theme, for a 4 rank creature it can have a better attack. Overall a good card.
Martyr - So it's sort of a counter spell with a ticker. If opponent hand is full of spells (Sorcery for example will be in a lot of trouble) and you manage to pull 2 of them then you can really screw his game and it's too deterministic in my opinion. Although it's not that bad of a design and I REALLY like a card like that to be in the game - I think you should cap the spells effected by it to 8 (so you can counter Chain lightning, acidic rain and inferno but not Stone rain or Armageddon).
Clone - Completely agree with Sinist. Especially for cost 6.
Voodoo Doll - I can't see how the name has anything to do with the effect. As it is for 7 special mana it's mediocre. How about making it only effective against creatures (so it matches its name) and for full damage? My suggestion: "Each time opponent summons a creature Voodoo Doll deals damage to him/her equal to its cost".
Timebomb - doesn't fit with the theme and pretty boring compared to your other cards. I think you should completely redesign it.

Changes:

3. Resistance: +1 attack / -2 life per Angry
Mob
4. Retaliator: +1 attack
5. Martyr: completely redesigned
6. Clone: renamed and completely redesigned.
7. Voodoo Doll: completely redesigned
8. Time bomb: renamed and completely redesigned.
9. Bribery: Now can only target creatures
with cost 7 or less, but will spawn them with full life instead of half life.
2 - Mirror Priest (Creature - 2/12)
Each time opponent plays a card gain 1 power of that card's type. If opponent played a special card, gain 1 Revenge.
3 - Resistance (Spell)
Put a 3/9 card into each of your unblocked slots.
Unblocked means you have no card opposite to an enemy card. Cards are called Angry Mob.
4 - Retaliator (Creature - 5/10)
Every time retaliator looses life it deals an equivalent amount of damage to all opponent's creatures.
5 - Martyr (Creature - 4/17)
As long as Martyr is in play all your other cards that die or get destroyed by a spell will rebirth.
You may still use a spell to lower the creatures life and finish them off with a creature.
6 - Harvester (Creature - 7/37)
Each time any of owner's creatures die Harvester randomly increases its owner's fire, water, air or earth power by 1.
7 - Voodoo Doll (Creature - 8/39)
At the beginning of its owner's turn Voodoo Doll drains 1 life from each of opponent's cards.
Drain life means each opponent card looses 1 life and player gains life equal to the amount drained.
8 - Bombadier (Creature - 5/34) When Bombadier deals damage to opponent it deals the same amount of damage to all opponent's cards. When Bombadier dies it deals 28 damage to the card in the opposing slot.
9 - Bribery (Spell):
